So many negative comment about scott soho, whenever i go launching surrounding, those SA will say our commercial will not like scott.  doh.gif  seems like scott set a bad example in OKR.

i think you need to gauge at it yourself. As other SAs will always find fault to other developments to leverage what their selling.

Don't let those SA comment affect your decision making. These people only like to condemn other projects to make theirs look good.

SG is a victim of its own success. Now it is known for pubs & nightlife, which doesn't give it the luxurious sparkly clean image that most developers would like to market their properties as... thus the comparison they make.

the open concept retails + offices seems still not doing well in KL.....

now a lot developers come out with close concept .....similar to shopping mall... but think aslo will not doing well...

example like Jakarta....you can see service apartments + shopping malls every 2 km along main road in city...but alot are half dead... icon_question.gif

I guess you are right. Having pubs nearby is cool but not when it is in your own backyard. It is not that it makes it unsafe just not the sparkly clean image.

It is rather unfortunate that the pubs here are not like the modern contemporary ones found in KLCC. I find that those do well to improve a property's standing; unlike those here now especially pubs with Thai girls (guys you know what i'm talking about tongue.gif

ya i agree that the Malaysian market are more keen on the closed concept instead. The open concept is not as welcomed maybe due to the mentality of the all year hot weather. Closed concept = cooler
