Whats the current subsale price for Scott soho now? My Block C unit is tenanted 2k per month with prompt rental payment. Many people ask me to sell off Scott Soho, it make me wondering is Scott Soho really "that" bad? Looking at surrounding "high end" launching, Scott Soho hold or sell? Propose monorail station is just about 600-800 meter away, beside Shell.

i was browsing the rental fees for scott, most of them post around RM1500. How do get you get your rental up to RM2k ? fully renovated ?

Yup, fully furnish but don't really spend much on furnishing since it is partly furnish already.

why block c is higher?
which block is the best?
*
Block C is facing city view, and away from the noise of highway and the noise of the pubs. And majority of the block c owner bought more expensive than block a and block b, thats y they want to sell higher too.
