Yeah generally true with a few exceptional cases here & there. The younger crowd nowadays prefer fresh experiences after a while, me included smile.gif

i think it is depend..
look at oversea pub streets (eg china jiu ba streets), most of them can last very long.
even sg's sultan mohd bar street last until today. it is all depend on gov if they wan to recognize the entertainment /night life areas.
the problems are most of kl bars/pubs do not have licence coz gov stopped issue any new one. most bar/pub have only cafe/restaurant licence but selling alcohol. (this give opportunities for corruptions - of coz the authorities love it!)

Block C is facing city view, and away from the noise of highway and the noise of the pubs. And majority of the block c owner bought more expensive than block a and block b, thats y they want to sell higher too.

Nope, i know for a fact the pubs with girls here pay a lot to keep it going; should payments fall short you'll see the police come visiting. Its the same everywhere, welcome to Malaysia.

Normally sinking fund is 10% of the maintenance fees. So if Maintenance Fees is Rm1.50, Sinking Fund is RM0.15

Any increase in either maintenance fees or Sinking Fund should be subject to vote at AGM of the JMB.
