Consultants needs a commercial lot address to run business. Personally, i do not like virtual offices. SOHO unit is more cheaper compare to other office unit and I have my own privacy too. Suitable for small company.

my friends work as land surveyor, water proffing specialist, Project Management and consultation, ID designer, Marble and granite importer all register their work address using their home address

Partly agree to u. Becoz, most likely ur friend is sole prop, work scope mainly is outside the office. They need warehouse more that office. Soho is more like to small office to run their paper work, contract, meeting. Example, do u see and insurance agency register their office in their house? .. Soho where a place more presentable to his client, especially to outside our country, for branding purpose. And it can be sleep inside the premisses compare to office block, after 8pm, all air-con shut down.

soho good for image? if next door cooking curry, baby crying or karaoke-ing ok or not?

Those girls were paid RM150 to RM170 per day, on top of that they get beer & liquor commission. With such lucrative package, pubs/bistros can definitely pull in attractive girls.

Guys also wanna work only if they can be accepted.
