I don't think many bought for investment from sub-sales as the yield is not attractive.
Own stay is possible.

yup, hongkong small island no choice, 6-7 million easily.
M'sia yes plenty of land. but KV is getting scare.
Those hulu area those day, i.e. Hulu Langat, Dengkil and Semenyih, now is very sought after.
2 more generation, KV is like Hong Kong, possible. (if those Bangla keep coming in and no proper maintenance for the old buildings)

Even if high floor, with that price, can buy Endah Promenade small size high floor and near to LRT, and must more cheaper, just my opinion.

Many months ago, think of buying for investment but surprise that rental only ard RM1.5K against selling price of RM430K.

End up bought a Flexi / SOVO in Ara Damansara.

Everyday I pass-by Scot Garden, the building really look looks nice and very convenience to everywhere.
But nice to see, no nice to buy for the return...

Bangsar is surrounded with Damansara Heights and P.J area, mainly English speaking crowd

EkoCheras way better with mall and MRT.

SG only rental purpose.
