Haha local or UK also, they took from the supplier. They will move out if the biz not hitting the target.

I dont think it will be the same after a year... coz by the time all the building material cost is high...most of the property will not selling at this price anymore... it will definitely shoot up those subsale...

Yup....seputeh 9 gonna launch from 750psf to 800psf, foresee Scott will hit at least 750psf in another 1 or 2 yrs time.
