Hey guys, would like to know are most of the soho units been occupied by small offices or residences? as you know, many young people these days choose to stay in soho.

Not sure if chose to stay or no choice.

Rental is so expensive so I guess most has no choice.

heard my fren said 430k also hard to sell.
btw, how do you think ekocheras compare to scott? ekocheras has more than 1800++ ? will it be the same scenario?

By e way, isn't earlier transacted already at 470K, your fren 430K hard to sell, smaller unit isn't it?

scott 600m to mid valley meanwhile ekocheras 600m to mrt. both place also very congested. eko smallest unit selling > 500k?? can sell 700k for 1 unit in 2017 and not sure when the mrt starts operate..

Are you trying to say 6km, virgochew82? you don't know 6km = 6000 meters, NOT 600-meter ??
