worth investing for own stay, at least.

there is pro and con of private lift lobby. pro = privacy. con = hardly interact with neighbors.

Personally I like this privacy and also I think the common facilities like the swimming pool area, sports hall, rooftop gardens, will be quite popular so we can interact outside.

Tago is a new developer but so far seems to be managing well. In fact, they seem to"beat" nearby new projects like Crystal Villa and Scenaria.

Their list of projects is modest, Tago Industrial Park, Kepong which is around 50 acres large, and Aman Bali, Jalan Ipoh (boutique project, 6 bungalows, G+G).

Anjali is their first condominium project and my understanding is Tago recruited a main contractor with high-rise experience, so main con is effectively in-house which I think is a great idea instead of depending on outsider party.

Anjali main contractor is Angsana Setia, which is subsidiary company of Tago, right? So I suppose quality control is there.

Angsana Setia has other high rise experience? Google cannot find.

But I feel Tago wanna built a reputation for himself, everything they've done so far is "thumbs up".

Too early to tell if it will be better than scenaria or crystal villa. Concept wise and density definitely better than scenaria. Don't forget villa crystal is cheaper than anjali.

The concerto project also full of promise and even won the best luxury high rise award. But, now look like the end product is very bad, cheap material, and bad workmanship.

I hope Anjali will be a successful project..
