i think Tago has been doing a fantastic PR job by keeping buyers abreast of the development.

seems like block C and D are constructed faster.

i almost bought Concerto!!!

the petrol station is not good for Verdana residence and Sutramas.

I don't have more details. Just happened to stumbled upon a property agent advertisement on Sutramas and it indicated IJM has a project next to Verdana. So i presume it is the piece of land next to Verdana and petrol station.

worth investing for own stay, at least.

there is pro and con of private lift lobby. pro = privacy. con = hardly interact with neighbors.

Tago is a new developer but so far seems to be managing well. In fact, they seem to"beat" nearby new projects like Crystal Villa and Scenaria.
