Good question! Back in 2014 I asked this too after visiting Empire Damansara, the answer was no. Empire buyers would know better though. In any case it is up to the buyers to monitor their own investments as history is not always representative of future performance.

yes apparently built quality not so good, i visited once also in 2014 can see cracks around the car park.
