If Scenaria doing well, it will give positive impact to Anjali. At the end, We want the whole area to do well and only then Anjali will be further appreciated. brows.gif

It's already mid end market. All the new launch unit cost almost more than 700k and almost sold out. Can it be transform to good living neighborhood? Will see when duke2 complete and all unit vp by 2017

Too early to tell if it will be better than scenaria or crystal villa. Concept wise and density definitely better than scenaria. Don't forget villa crystal is cheaper than anjali.

The concerto project also full of promise and even won the best luxury high rise award. But, now look like the end product is very bad, cheap material, and bad workmanship.

I hope Anjali will be a successful project..

Kitchen cabinet contractor also hope to give good quality material and good workmanship. Who don't want good reputation? Sometimes is the developer squeeze too much on price. At the end quality is compromised.

Segambut area still very run down and access is bad. Unless the area can be transformed and access can be improved, otherwise it's very hard to sell at profitable price especially now is buyer market icon_question.gif
