And another thing wanna ask opinion, the gas hood they give I think is low power filter type, some more open kitchen cannot do any real Chinese cooking without the whole room smelly, if we convert the yard to wet kitchen then no place to hang clothes. Hanging clothes in the balcony especially undergarments really unsightly. 90% condo now a days layout like that, but I really like dpc westside ii layout, close kitchen with yard, last time only 900k, almost same as anjali, but dpc require on the spot 10% down payment.

Just wondering any remedy to cooking and drying clothes in condo? Dryer? A bit waste of good sunshine here. Wat do u think?

SA can't guarantee anything since its up to developer, usually Olympic scale 1 swimming lane is 2.5m, if they have 10*50m very happy dy😅

I see, same here, my wife immediately attracted by the private lift and lobby. We were just bored one day, went showrooming, in fact we went to villa crystal and scenaria too that day, in the midst of squatters we pass by Anjali, not knowing anything about the property we went in, must say SA for Anjali was way more professional than the others we went, he brought us thru the fake lift and into the well IDed living room...we left, was contemplating in the car, then just made a u turn and paid 5k booking fees on one of the only remaining two type A units. Luckily my loan went through. 緣分哦。
I visited my wife boss condo in KL which has private lift years back, was weird coz u walk into living room right out of the lift. Anjali with foyer is better. We went to concerto after just to compare, really only then realize so many properties around, more or less has its selling point. Do hope Anjali turns out OK.

Btw, I asked SA, all type A signed SPA dy, but type B still remains 30 units. The future of a property really depends on the maintenance, bit worry if occupancy not high then maintenance fund not enough.

I prefer city view, but only pool view left, best view will be C-X-1, C-X-2, D-X-1, D-X-2?

I signed sales n purchase in July dy one
only pool view type A left when I booked.

I also notice some garden area is actually under the villas, not getting direct sunlight, still consider garden?
