I see, same here, my wife immediately attracted by the private lift and lobby. We were just bored one day, went showrooming, in fact we went to villa crystal and scenaria too that day, in the midst of squatters we pass by Anjali, not knowing anything about the property we went in, must say SA for Anjali was way more professional than the others we went, he brought us thru the fake lift and into the well IDed living room...we left, was contemplating in the car, then just made a u turn and paid 5k booking fees on one of the only remaining two type A units. Luckily my loan went through. 緣分哦。
I visited my wife boss condo in KL which has private lift years back, was weird coz u walk into living room right out of the lift. Anjali with foyer is better. We went to concerto after just to compare, really only then realize so many properties around, more or less has its selling point. Do hope Anjali turns out OK. Btw, I asked SA, all type A signed SPA dy, but type B still remains 30 units. Pool view or city view?

I signed sales n purchase in July dy one
