My friend visited Anjali sales gallery today, SA told them there's is an option to bring down bedroom two wall of type A as like showroom, is it true? Then Brazo can save some Reno cost dy.

Yes it is, was requested to do so. Developer will offer a wall demolish contract for you to sign.

Here's a Google Earth view from Nov 2015 of the larger area. I noticed Verdana access road from Jalan Segambut is 4-lanes! I wonder if it's going to extend some more to another road.

That's a good sign of road expansion at last... After so many years... Hopefully no more hiccups after this..

But the 4 lanes road next to verdana looks weird. Where will the lanes connect to ? Its like verdana private lanes tho.

OK guys a bit of good news! There will be a Petron station on Jalan Segambut next to Verdana. I wonder if it will be called Petron North Kiara?

Anyway, it's very convenient for Anjali residents, about 350m only, and it will also have a convenience store, fast food restaurant & car wash!

The site looks quite big so I hope there's a fast food drive-thru.

Verdana built that connecting road, but it is private and they won't share it.

Behind this petrol station site are kampung houses, if developer can clear those houses for a road to Dutamas, really salute them LOL!

There are numerous existing Petron+McD+MaybankATM around currently, so I hope this outlet will be similar.

The planned Jln Segambut-Jln Lang Emas intersection will be very good for the station, with traffic from KL, Kepong and Mont Kiara meeting here.

I know the talks with squatters and landowners can be hard but DBKL needs to move faster.

the petrol station is not good for Verdana residence and Sutramas.
