if anyonoe do not like flippers i suggest them goto buy rumah mampu milik, if im not mistaken 10 years cannot sell and not allow to rent the unit too.

mind you, i have unit mk addr and i have the proj in monitor so it get improve. after all upon vp its abt delivering the promise...

I was asking developer if car parks is negotiable. It is pre-allocated according to block and unit level.
Level LG, UG, 1A, 2A, 3A for block B, C , F
Level G, 1, 2, 3 for block A, D, E
Entry levels are G and LG
From SPA car park plan there's no direct entry to each level like Concerto, so I think it will be quite a long winding drive to car park

You're right, if higher floor car park will go round and round like in a mall, unless you buy LG carpark for about 30k each!

Can't imagine how it really is, they are half levels actually. I believe from G can ramp up to UG straight if enter from front (near guardhouse).

Anyway I plan to drop any passenger at the lobby or UG lift and then go park the car myself.

seems like block C and D are constructed faster.

block C & D are the one that first constructed while A & B is considered "fresh" / just released
