Majority of Anjali residents won't even see it, except blocks C & D north facing units only. And from the model there is a huge building blocking most of the toll plaza from view.

From personal experience, even within 400m from highway for unit facing away, cannot hear anything. If facing highway about 550m away also cannot hear noise, the only effect to Anjali is better road connectivity

how much for east parc? it's like town centre, commercial surrounding, sure high price.
