I bought at 580 / sqft, end up less than a mil for 1707 sqft with DIBS, I was second batch purchaser, I think the first batch even get cheaper price.

Ya..but now is slightly over 600 if i remember correctly the last time i went to see...and they are now selling the newer block hence it's more expensive...

Given the choice, i rather buy Damansara Foresta then, hehe.. Hv Unique selling point, though i know is 2 different location laugh.gif

I went to Concerto. It's a true luxury product compared to Anjali because they give plaster ceiling, Iranian marble floor, granite kitchen tops, merbau hardwood floor. Drainage system is better, in theory. Anjali specs cannot compare.

But limited units available sizes around 2000sf, price >600 psf up to 700 psf for better floor and view, 2 car parks. Many views are facing pool.

Foresta is expensive la now..haha...>800k & above, and my SA told me they are going to increase again next month...

ya..the things provided by concerto is really good...Looks classy and their SA are pretty well train i would say....

I remember there are 4 units of 1,580 sqft size...water tank unit, sacrify the maid room and maid bath room, which is quite a choice for those who do not have maid

sorry man.... pls dun pm me. and sorry for not reply. i got lobang to pre-book the un-release unit block D only... for long ago way before launch. price also nothing special offer.

block D better view more expensive some more. at block D anything after villa level price jump up dramatically.... especially those facing pool view.

this project sibeh not cheap. anjali and concerto concept different. anjali more toward hip and boutique style. while concerto is more toward grand and posh.

With Concerto, very sayang to rent out, scared people scratch the stones and wood. Needs lots of care. I never live in this environment before, only for rich people haha.

However with the 100psf saved, it's > RM100k, I can buy lots of stuff and do a bit of reno at Anjali.

block B and C...all 1300+ sf units whack clean. nothing left.
look like market sibeh good. still bull run... start to sibeh worry the downfall man....

buyer should be those mk, dpc people bought for their children.

foresta way too many unit. quality tenant may hard to control.
may face some same problems macam seri maya. sama also huge land cum sibeh many units. even break down still consider medium low density.

foresta on the hill side. sibeh worry man....

location still prefer anjali but not the surrounding.

I have not visited Concerto, from what i hear the units are nice and posh but the 3 other condo units along the same stretch there are not to my liking, cant remember the names but the cars are parked left and right, the rows of double story linked looks really run down..plus the other condo has all the rubbish lined up for collection right in front of the entrance..and to get out during rush hour is doh.gif . Not sure if the French school side will hv another exit, that would be a plus point.

The 3 condos that u mentioned at concerto area, actually its consider mid range condo with facilities....

Those apartments at anjali area, even worst, low cost apartments and a apartments with no occupancy... Gt cemetery and sewege water treatment plant, walking distance somemore

Ha2..yup ur right, the cemetery will be beside where Villa Crystal is being built now, and the no occupancy is a low cost pink apmt block i think, dunno whats the name and a few more. But its mostly squatters there so i think in due time can be moved.
I jus passed by Concerto many times and didnt like the feel of the place, just my personal dislike.

I heard the treatment plant will be moved, but dont take my word for it as Im not sure.

If you think those condos besides Concerto are not your liking, I think the condo surround Anjali should be kinda nightmare...
Do pay a visit to its sales gallery, you will know what I am talking about.

yes, concerto area... the real big turn off is the cars park along the road....
especially at night when all cars come back and park along the road again.

Opposite road north of Concerto is segambut sppk, permanent low cost residential.

Tmn Sri Sinar STP will stay, but upgraded to new gen, more covered type. IWK informed by email. I checked the design before booking mid floor. Due to 11 ft ceiling, the elevation at mid floor >150ft. The view is dominated by batu caves and titiwangsa mountain range, Genting visible too. Sunrise/sunset will be beautiful.

Azaran is not on abandoned project list. It's now being refurbished and planned for sale by year end.

Squatters, as you know is never permanent as development land becomes more scarce.

Anjali is not MK or Bangsar, already reflected in the price. But most likely we made money when we buy.
