Haha. Used a lot openrice site to hunt for good food in hk. In my view, Kamwah and capital cafe may not work in malaysia. Pricey and food just normal. Perhaps fast food with plenty of seats is a better choice to set up in plaza arkadia.

Lunch options are not much. That day family not around, food panda says 1 hour. So went arkadia for lunch....nothing local to eat. Kopitiam like batai may work: I don’t mind paying RM10 for a good plain wantan mee

Many of consumers in this country follow fb, ig, WhatsApp, WeChat posting, go-to eatery for selfie session rather than eating. Most are used to bad cooking, poor quality of ingredients e.g flooded the plate with chilli sauce, need the heat of chilli padi to swallow; don't know how to appreciate quality foods and good cooking. Hence, there are more eatery cater for these crowds than good foods.

Coffee shop along Jalan Batai. Ben grocer is there and some cafes also (forgot name).

2 casualties recently, Skinny Pig and Korean Bbq Chicken. How can pig be Skinny? No wonder lah.

Next one maybe the blue and white cafe, selling eggs. No wonder, eggs means telur, means 0.

skinny pig was the pioneer there leh…...

so all the ultra rich dpcians hardly poh chan eateries there??????
