Quite a few new pubs opened for biz recently in arcadia. In a way it does increase the occupancy rate but its not really a peaceful place to shop or dine at nite nearer to those pubs.

U know Wat. Many selfish owners even wanna force management to allow cars to enter the inner road with reason to show off their lembu or wateva their so called big cars. They hav the confidence tat their cars ll bring in more footfalls. They hav forgotten tat they oso hav kids. Maybe they luv their cars more than their kids IMHO tat caused them to think tat other families won't bring kids to arcadia 😅😅😅

It's fine to b selfish but to giv a suggestion like tis make them look too cute.

They should learn fr our humble 4eyes boss. Vely big house with 2 small cars tat serve the purpose. Btw those bragging r not those tycoon owners in arcadia. They know who they are.
