Here we go again. Less than 1 mbps download and 170++mbps upload when testing on speedtest.net.

Even http://speedtest.tm.com.my/ is giving me the same crappy result.

At least when i called the hotline to complain this time, the support drone admitted up front that there was a problem at my service area and offered to open a report right away instead of telling me to wait and see.

Hope this is not going to be a recurring problem.

complain many times, they ask me go speedtest.tm.com.my, test at their page download 100mbps...wtf..

line was ok for 3hour+ now back to 100kbps download and 40mb upload lol,cant even watch twitch.tv at 160p keep bufering xD.

I have already created a report. I received the following message:

that's what they always say even if you know some others already made their complaints, I don't know is it because their system isn't showing, or they are just simply told to say so in their work manual. I hope you have gotten a report number, so you can file a complaint at https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ .

You need to get a report created and get a report number. If no report number obtained, your effort of getting them to fix your problem is pointless. The agent/operator can only do simple troubleshooting (refresh port) and create report for you. Your main goal is to get the technician to fix the problem. That's why you need a report to reach the technicians. No report = no issue = technician can tidur while you suffer

I already asked the TM customer service, a staff with a girl's name Siau Yin in the chatroom reply to me will resolve by 11 December 2019. Damn long, two days to wait??? I not so sure whether is that real. TM should solve this problem as fast as possible.
