Everyone experiencing bad connection speed to overseas servers please report to TM, else they might just ignore the issue if only very few users reported it.

that's what they always say even if you know some others already made their complaints, I don't know is it because their system isn't showing, or they are just simply told to say so in their work manual. I hope you have gotten a report number, so you can file a complaint at https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ .

Connected from Luak Bay, Miri.

My connection was down on Nov 23rd from 10am to 6:30pm (heard that the fibre cable was damaged).

Connection was down for around 10 minutes around 7pm tonight. Before and after that, pretty slow connection to overseas server.
