Anyone else in Kuching having difficulty connecting to unifi?

Still connected here. I left router turned on.

Mine was offline at about 12.30 am yesterday. When I woke up it was back online but major instability issues all around.
EDIT: Seems to have stabilized
EDIT2: issues are back. Very very unstable now
EDIT3: called 100. "Reseted my port" and seems to ok now

sorry false alarm. My windows DNS service had a very rare issue. It resolved itself after restarting

Good old unifi back at it again having problems with connection to international server. Happens all the time every few weeks.

Same here. High latency and extremely low speed.

My streamyx has been extremely slow since this afternoon...unable to watch youtube videos T.T

Office unifi slow at all kind of browsing. No watch video to test. Now at home also slow browsing. Trace route to speedtest.tm.com.my. Result is high packet loss. Called 100. Reset port. Still same. Asked agent if there is anyone from Sarawak that reported this issue? No one. I rest my case.

DL speed is o̶k̶ now but the latency is crazy.. only good for text browsing & chat messenger.

can we report to mcmc to get compensation to our monthly bill?

Everyone experiencing bad connection speed to overseas servers please report to TM, else they might just ignore the issue if only very few users reported it.

Having similar issues here in Tawau, Sabah since late morning/noon today.

Slow downloads and buffering when watching youtube.

I am on a 800mbps Turbo-ed connection.



Did a speed test using speedtest.net and getting less than 1 mbps while upload is normal at 165 mbps.




When using http://speedtest.tm.com.my/ I get 757 mbps download and 195.5 mbps upload.

I have long suspected that http://speedtest.tm.com.my/ is rigged to give better than real world test results and this proves it.

I have reported the issue to TM support.

Having issue on unifi today, I can't even watch IPTV now. Internet slow but speed test still seems normal.

Supposed to be 800 Mbps but very slow. Take over a minute to open a simple plain text email

Did a TMSpeedtest and shows 300 Mpbs

Did Ookla speed test shows less than 0.3 Mpbs.

I rest my case also.
