What is the your original of intention for replacement?

Simply to get the new design card? Card has physical defect? Fraud? Etc?

I must admit, the new design looks really nice if compare with previous design.
I compare it with one of my friend that holding the old design

Just wanted the new design. So they charged me RM 30 for card replacement. Waited 2 weeks, mail came, old design. Called CS, they said out of stock. So I didn't activate my card. 2 days later CS called me and appologies for the old design, waived the replacement fee, ask me to cut the new card, and they are sending the new design.
Now after 1 month, finally i received a new design OCBC titanium card . It's shiny.

How they know you already cut your old card? If possible i want to keep all my old card as it is. Can?

Yes why not.. I have them 2 old design and one new. Cut card is just a normal procedure.

I have a whole stack of old credit cards, either not activated at all (last time they suka-suka send you a credit card) or expired. From the old Citibank Clear when I started working until now. Silver, Gold, Tita, Plat.

i am applying now, but may i know, why they will call and making some survey? asking name of the CC sales name etc? Is that mean my application success?

coz thereafter they need to pay commission to the say sales personnel

Told him what is the point having another supplement card when the rebate RM 50 is shared with the principal....what a weird way of.ocbc promoting supp card....
