I'm just about to apply for a OCBC Titanium card.
One of the forms the bank gave me is the "declaration on non-bank obligations" form. Anybody has any idea what is that?  |

If not mistaken ocbc website mentioned 3 working days...telco companes are not strict on over due payment if it is only a few days late. If it is urgent payment, call Maxis and tell them you have made a payment and if possible show or email them the transctin record.Thanks. |
