Principle card holder = spend 10k to waive RM50 GST
sub card holder = spend 5k to waive rm25 GST

let say principle rm9K, sub rm6K, sub card sure can get usage bonus, how about principle? (combined spend is 15k)

is it the 'usage' it self is bond to the the physical cards?

Got my answer from Annual Usage Bonus FAQ

QUOTE
12. I am a Principal cardmember with annual accumulated Retail Spend and Cash Advance of RM15,000, will my Supplementary card enjoy the Annual Bonus as well?
No. In order to enjoy the Annual Usage Bonus, spending must be from each card. In your case, only the Principal cardmember will enjoy the RM50 Annual Bonus. The supplementary cardmember will only enjoy the RM25 annual usage bonus upon accumulating RM5,000 in total retail spend and/or cash advance.

Yes, if your purchase doesn't fall into 5% rebate, it will automatically fall into 1% rebate.

Checked via the IVR, it says that the card is under processing. That means my application is successful right?

Can anyone share how to check the percentage of rebates for each item in the statement? I can't seem to find such information in my statement.

there's no way to check except for you yourself noting it down. and when the bills come you kinda "guess" or assume" based on the comparison of charges of the bills and also the rebate obtained. Till now I've yet to do that because I'm too lazy sweat.gif

Thanks. smile.gif I guess that's the only way for now. They just break down the total rebates into 1% and 5% as I can see in my statements.
