Principle card holder = spend 10k to waive RM50 GST
sub card holder = spend 5k to waive rm25 GST

let say principle rm9K, sub rm6K, sub card sure can get usage bonus, how about principle? (combined spend is 15k)

is it the 'usage' it self is bond to the the physical cards?

Anyone facing situation like mine?

Last saturday, i already called OCBC telling them after 3 weeks i haven't received my card yet.
They said they will cancel the card & issue a new 1 & i'll need to pick it up at their branch.
But yesterday, the card that was sent out 3 weeks ago arrived to me.
Can i ask them to cancel the new card & activate back the one i just received?

Hi all sifus here, can I know how to see which is 5% rebate and which is 1% rebate from my statement bill? Sorry to ask as I just had my 1st statement bill checked via OCBC internet banking online today but I do not see anywhere stated the rebate for each of my transaction. Another question is will the statement bill send to our home?

There's no breakdown... we make best guess and report in this thread.
You can also screenshot the statement and we can "assist" to calculate.

I face this when my times, late mail deliver to me because of hari raya that time, but i already request a new card

basically the previous card they already blocked it and cannot unblock it, you will need to wait for your new card.
btw, you can request them to send the new card to you by courier (poslaju) if you are not free to the branch

Where did you pay the MPSJ bill ? @ MPSJ booth/counters ?
Only payment via OCBC Online Banking would get 5% under Utilities

Based on my experience with MPSJ....

a) Pay online using myMPSJ (or whatever its called) - 1%
b) Pay at counter - 1%

Conclusion - pay at counter using AMEX on Saturday morning =)

Nett : 5.8%
You earn additional additional 0.8% (might as well use OCBC ONLINE to save petrol)
