i'm sad, i paid online bill using ocbc card after getting the card in april to win the rm30 rebate, but until now i don't get any rebates for tat yet..

Just received a sms from ocbc asking me to activate ocbc credit card. Is tat means my application is success? but where to get my cc as I didn't receive any call from ocbc?
