Exactly why I didn't want to even bother checking after I did the transaction, lol...RM30, but wait till so long to get it. By the time we get there, it'll be forgotten (for me). So I'm just gonna assume they won't screw it up since it's just a small amount

precisely ... actually i've forgotten to include the following - the RM30 is not "guaranteed" but based on first come first serve ...

but i suppose they must have thought their titanium is such a privilege that nobody would complain even if they don't get the RM30 rebate ...

Q3 - pls note that not all restaurant / dining which you thought so are indeed in the 5% dining category ... example - klcc haagen dazs is NOT even though it's a place where you eat / dine their delicious ice-cream ...

to be sure, copy / paste those 5% dining places (from page 1 of this thread) into your smart-phone and check before you step-in ...

anyone can confirm paying Telekom bills online entitled to 5% cash rebate?

All this while i pay TNB bills online got 5%, this month first time i have to swith to using telekom/ streamyx bills.

I tried looked at first few pages, i think it should be 5% for Telekom bills, but i tried looking for posting from someone who paid his telekom bills and reported 5% but could find .

looking at websites it says utility 5%- TNB is sure utility , but Telekom?

It's 5% for bills rebate, as such, maxis, digi, celcom, umobile, tnb, astro, unifi, streamyx (both unifi & streamyx are under telekom), indah water, syabas are also consider under code of mcc 4814, 4815, 4816, 4821, 4899 and 4900. It's advisable to pay via ocbc online banking system, as this will ensure u get the correct mcc during the transaction. if anything goes wrong later on, more easy to negotiate with the bank. just personal opinion on this clarification, hope it's solve your queries.

Go fill up the SMS Transaction Alert form on Page #1 to set a lower limit like RM1.00

These places is under 5% Dining Rebate:-
Starbucks - Sooka Sentral [MCC 5814]
KFC - Midvalley [MCC 5814]

KFC can use CC? is there any minimum need to be spend only can use cc?

I have always keep an eye to see if there got terminal when buying the KFC, but seem like there is no any terminal for cc purpose.

perhaps I can ask them next time.

KFC in my state always give lame excuse, terminal down. Always.

some kfc in kepong accepts cc, some dont accept..

KFC KL Sentral used to have but the terminal was always down. These days the terminal is removed permanently, only cash is accepted.

I suspect it is an excuse. That day I went to Xuan Xin restaurant , Queensbay Mall, Penang. Waitress said terminal down but i insisted to stand there and wait till terminal up. Cashier asked me to be seated and wait. Less than 5 minutes, transaction is through. Not sure this is 5% or not. Will need to call and check.
