If I come to the machine I see a bag there, I look around, I see no one, I will move the bag then do my things. Once you are back, I will look at you, then ask you if you are still using. If you say yes, I will ask if we can share. Brah, next time just mount that machine till you are done, but share when people ask. At least share with me la...

Just wondering if anyone experience this as well. I am not much sleeper during weekdays. Normally only manage to sleep 6 hours before going out to work. After workout 4 month, i start to sleep even lesser. Lately only manage to sleep 4 hours. Will auto wake up @ 3 to 4 am and not able to sleep back. I didn't eat anything before sleep, or take any whey protein (casein). Any idea?

Guys.. need recommendations on program. something like hybrid strength-hyperthrophy program. all these while been using candito program. pls recommend me 3days hybrid program (more towards hyperthrophy). tq

No programs needed. Quite happy la able to maintain it even with inconsistency.
