Hey guys, I just got my VIP10.

Please with it so far.
However I have issues with Hyptv.
When I'm not using it, I can get dl about 10MB/s.
But when Hyptv is on, I can only get around 2 sad.gif

you can try to login to VDSL modem and check the status.. Most probably because of the copper quality.

Hey IPTV doesnt effect ur B/W. IPTV uses LAN. I am sure of it. Coz if u dc ur PPPoE from router you IPTV will be still on. Which proves that IPTV uses LAN connection not WAN.

Check with PINGPLOTTER whether you got packet loss or not. If you have packet loss then file a complain to TM. I did the same when I had packet loss of about 11% and the next day they can and changed the BTU and the ROUTER. After that everything is perfect.

You have three boxed thinggy right ? You use one to watch TV [HYPTV] another one have 2 antena at the back [router] the other BLACK box [BTU] which has voip, interned etc written on it.
