Haters can hate. Skeptics can tick. I am not God but didn't Dijaya bought that parcel land behind BR? Airport workers many live in AI. Shouldnt BR be nearer?

i like AI house design but not the location,
if not mistaken the only way in/out without toll is kampung jawa right? the road condition there is bad and always flooded |

comparison between townships differs much and depends on many other factors other than the tenure alone.
factors including location, accessibility, township planning, design, quality of workmanship, infrastructure and public amenities provisions, etc. from what i can see is that Alam Impian has the following pros: location, accessibility and freehold BR pros: green masterplaned township (i think better than AI), accessibility (maybe slightly better or worse, not too sure since BR don't need to pay toll and can enter via many points), price (1st phase only), they have large common parks, the arc, clubhouse etc, and knowing IJM, most likely they'll have proper roads and infra put in. |
