I&P AI is without G&G.

I think BR can be g&g, depends on the residents. if got budget, fence up with brickwall, otherwise, anti-climbing chain-linked fencing will do, just like TTDI AI. tongue.gif

the township of Alam Impian is taking so long to develop. have been there for a couple of times, feeling not so great, to be honest.

Haters can hate. Skeptics can tick. I am not God but didn't Dijaya bought that parcel land behind BR? Airport workers many live in AI. Shouldnt BR be nearer?

comparison between townships differs much and depends on many other factors other than the tenure alone.

factors including location, accessibility, township planning, design, quality of workmanship, infrastructure and public amenities provisions, etc.

from what i can see is that Alam Impian has the following pros: location, accessibility and freehold

BR pros: green masterplaned township (i think better than AI), accessibility (maybe slightly better or worse, not too sure since BR don't need to pay toll and can enter via many points), price (1st phase only), they have large common parks, the arc, clubhouse etc, and knowing IJM, most likely they'll have proper roads and infra put in.

and AI under MBSA , BR under Kuala Langat, so commercial development wise sure better those under MBSA.

enstek have some really nice new homes built by Tabung Haji (TH group)..

superlinks (modern design, similar to semi-d) was going for only RM650k 1 or 2 yrs back, not sure now
