I think the ground work is to plant more trees along the perimeter of sephira and viola. perimeter fencing and guardhouse will come later, the dates keep shifting..

I think the sales are doing good. some even sold before VP. as of now the demand for smaller units in general remain strong due to cheaper prices. bigger units also had been transacted by buyers hunting for bigger built ups. trending easily 25%-30%

Don't quite understand what "Maahad tahfiz sains dan teknologi" means, can someone explain the building purpose?

Can someone help to explain what this building's impact to TTDI alam impian in terms of investment and occupancy perspective? (don't turn this into stupid religious/racist discussion)

The immediate impact that i can think of is probably the roadside parking issues, but again the developer must definately have this planned to provide ample parkings spaces.

No reason as to why TTDI will be impacted, the surrounding developemnt i.e. upcoming semi dee by INP is much nearer. In my opinion is looks like a complex housing the mosque and building for islamic research and study facility. Maybe someone can better clarify.

Maahad is school. This development is ongoing. The one on left is the mosque. As u can see, so many space to park.

this maahad (school) tahfiz is a place the muslims can undergo classes and guidance to memorize and recite the entire holy book of al quran or al furqan. the added value of this school it wants to produce more professionals who are among hafiz and hafizah ( a person who have completed the tahfiz curriculum and can memorize al quran without a single mistake), professionals can be doctors, engineers, scientists, actuaries, accountant... nowdays more and more muslims families send their children to tahfiz schools. these are very bright students.. i have friends among hafiz, who can pick up engineering, medicine, chemistry. physics, maths etc just like ABC.

so the impact hopefully we have better society in AI.
