Why those people so interested this BR this project! Because nowadays ppl love concept and township instead just a home. IJM also build more than 500 arces for environment and facilities purpose! Even DPC and SA also did that, instead of just house + garden only.
Many KK parents also buy for their kids also, because scare next time their kids cannot afford and also can stay near them.

Well, can wait for IJM to release the unsold bumi units or those units where the purchaser has failed to obtain a loan. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hmmmmm.... Look at the power of SMS for phase 2 ... One blast of SMS to registered potential and ALL sold out.

I am not a "hater" as labelled by some people here, I was curious how come got so many units leftover for phase 2, and felt angry thinking the public was "over-marketed" on this dev.

Is because before the sms blast, most of the unit sold to those very keen and always check status with developer.

yes you can wait for bumi release, it'll be another 3 - 4 months later, with at least 3 - 5% price increase, like what happened to Phase 1 Chimes.

and unless you call the developer or be friends with the sales staff, you won't even know there's bumi release until it's too late.

usually they release by batches and these units are being snapped up fast (not only IJM projects, but other prominent developers)

The development consider fast... which next month can see show house and open the road to go in the Rimbayu.
The biggest padang also launch with phase 1

How about compare Kemuning Utama Damai Residences to BR?
I saw subsale is around RM750k for 22x70
freehold, G&G, nearer to city, amenities nearby, accessibility also okay.

yes that's a good choice as well, but with 22x70, the lot size is considered small nowadays. There are some larger land area units in Kemuning Utama breaching RM900k. At RM750k, there will still be room for appreciation.

however, people are looking at 22x75 onwards, or 22x80, 24x80

newer launches even have 26x90.

Yes, Kemuning Utama really not bad. turn a small round, already is KESAS and also superb near Kota Kemuning.
KU not township, but you can go Kota Kemuning use the facilities lo.

Nice photo. are this recent? i recall the Arch had more progress on this.


As for comparing RB with KU. KU first phase seems to be nice, GG with high wall and good security. But those, not sure if there is much taman within.
And for phase 2, it is not ideal coz sort of have elevated highway around it. ( LKSA and part of the loop from KK down to kesas. )
