Guys...thanks for the feedback.......is the location really far far deep in......sorry I'm not very familiar with this place ....been to IJM office at K Kemuning.....is it very far from there......and I work at subang MAS area......

Can BR be cnsidered ......instead of Subang Andaman apartment (next to CSR factory Bt 3) ....which is going for subsale at 450k......but the plus point of this apt is ...it gives a good rental value...freehold......n closer to my work area Subang airport.....pls give ur views....

Hi Jenghui.....whats ur advise to me......seriously to consider BR.....a landed, green n at a price which hard to find nowdays for similar concept........yet the distance far frm my work place......may have to spent at least 45 min drive to work place (one way) ......covering 35km frm BR to Subang Airport......is this sacrifice I have to make....................I know all this is individual preference ......just give ur view........
