Jenjarom is only in the Land title la (mukim Jenjarom perhaps??). It is not on the postal address right?
As for earlier debate abt too many units launch would create a lot of vacant lot... I beg to differs in the effect. Now 1000 unit launch, say the occupancy rate is 50%after a year. That would still be 500 house hold, to support the Neighbour hood n commerce. But if only 100 unit launched, despite 80% take up rate, there is still only 80 household around.
