Am 1st phase buyer as well... developer only borne SPA & legal fee their part.. legal fee on bank part by buyer... but mine put together into loan...
I bought CL... phase 1 has the 2nd biggest built up among those 3 phases (total 5 types) launched so far...

I got extra time balik keje td.. from Bangi drive up to Telok Panglima Garang exit via SKVE... the exit for Rimbayu/Tropicana Aman/EcoWorld/link to WCE is Tanjung Dua Belas exit (Interchange sudah ade)...
In between Saujana Putra exit and future Tanjung Dua Belas exit.. there are 3 available connecting bridge.. 1 to connect to Desa Saujana Putra.. the other 2 maybe Rimbayu to Pekan Jenjarom... but all depend on surrounding development... fast or slow... just wait n see...

Am I being ripped off here.. My loan amount is the same but the lawyer is charging me RM11,300 and this is after 35% discount. Took Islamic Loan from RHB Islamic. Will it make any difference?

No la.. i just drive along SKVE and compare with the map... so the Tanjung Dua Belas is already there.. just next after Tanjung Dua Belas R&R towards Klang... i guess there will be a toll there when it connected with proposed WCE... while for the 1st connecting bridge from Saujana Putra toll, it will link Desa Saujana Putra (occupied) to the connecting road Rimbayu-Saujana Putra roundabout... the other 2 i assume may be to Jenjarom.. because currently there is ladang and kampung only.. not sure if opposite Rimbayu (right side SKVE towards Klang) will be develop as a new township in the future...

This is legal fee for the loan agreement. Developer only cover the legal fee for SPA right and yes I'm using their panel lawyer.

for periwinkle, if you are using the developer lawyer for loan agreement, then is free.

Paper today mention west coast expressway month end will start construction, takes 5 years to complete.

10 interchange with 9 toll in selangor... hopefully interchange near Rimbayu will not have toll...

Of course laaa wce will add on value to Ijmland township because wce consessionaire is now controlling by IJM...u go and open wce website and see their master layout route...showing 2 township under Ijmland which is Rimbayu and Shah Alam 2 (Puncak Alam)..hahahahaha
