Glad to join in for rimbayu forum,according to the marketing person , we can visit the show unit in Mid Nov, the show unit is renovated already. Only the Chimes has show unit. The rimbayu office will move there in November.

I apply for 70% loan, only after 30% stages, I need to pay interest.

I went to the Rimbayu party on 15 Feb, food,drink and entertainment provided by ijmland. Too bad didnt strike one of the 3 ipad air during the lucky draw.

Ijmland organize a party for those existing buyers and potential buyers registered for their project. This is the second party organized since last year until now. Both phases fully sold for non bumi, only few bumi units left.

according to the SA , the 22x75 min price is Rm653k 24x75 min price Rm719k , the people start waiting at the guard house before 6am today. All the 14 units sold out in a short period of time. Wow, fanstatic!!!

I think the corner unit is >1m, cause the build up for phase 1 has 2" extra for 22x75 and 24x75. Mean corner for 22x75 will be 24x75 plus land. and 24x75 will be 26x75 plus land.

Opposite rimbayu , Tropicana will launch a project in 2015 and I think it will be very expensive cause latest launch Mid Feb 14 by Tropicana in kajang , Tropicana Heights 22x70 build up 2170 4r3b Rm821800 , after early bird discount is minRm780k.

Tropicana 's land opposite rimbayu also leasehold. Tropicana's product will not be cheap. Looking at the build up, 22x70 They are selling at Rm800k(without early bird) ,compare to rimbayu 22x75 , selling at Rm580k, bumi release unit also Rm650k plus only. Rimbayu has better upside potential .

Just find out that Ijmland is going to build a clubhouse in Rimbayu including the swimming pool , playground , gym ....to bring up the value to rimbayu .

Yes, There will be a club house build in Rimbayu soon. The resident need to pay for a membership fee for for it. I think IJmland want to make rimbayu to another desa parkcity as their MD always
compare both of them in the paper.

very happy to hear that Ecoworld bought a piece of land opposite Rimbayu, this show the potential of that area. Also mention in Ecoworld's announcement that they are not building any low cost building there . Rimbayu has competition from well known Tropicana and now Ecoworld (Spsetia ex boss) ,Rimbayu has to put more effort to compete with them.

Rimbayu is going to launch Linked Semi-dee soon, it is called PERIWINKLE 32x70, saw it in rimbayu website this morning. I wonder how much is it? It is a guarded community. I heard ,it is very costly to do the gated and guarded nowadays,cause the maintainance fee will be very high. For those housing area like kemuning utama, canal garden .... or others I think the prices will have potential to go up again.

Rimbayu phase 1 and 2 already sold out for non-bumi units, still available is bumi units for both phases.

Rimbayu phase 3 , will be launched around end of April. The indicative price is Rm870k min, Get ready for those interested. This time is first come first serve basis.
