Hi all… Just book Phase 1 Chimes CL this afternoon.. want to try bank islam tomorrow... Currently stayed at Putra Heights.. planned to move when everything is ready in 2-3years from now... just focus on Rimbayu for the last 3month and decided this would be next place to stay.. at first targeting Phase 2 Perennia 24x80 bcos my home now 24x75 intermediate... but after look Phase 1 layout plan.. CL for Chimes is better deal where actually developer already give 27x75

I stayed at putra heights from as early township opening as 2002... and bought one unit in 9th Phase in 2004... that time developer offered 24x75 but with small build up... after more 10 years.. the town is almost full occupied and become busy.. and some more in next 2 years the lrt will be operated to the last stop at putra heights... that is the right time to move out from there but yet still at surrounding area.. just to use all the facilities available... right now i drove down south to putrajaya and took mex to go to kl city... rimbayu would give alternative to stay.. where i still can go down south as well as drive to putra heights for lrt...

As been mentioned, strata homes is an exclusive environment with gated and guarded and fully equipped with value added services like community club hall, swimming pool, gym and etc... and definitely you need to or you have to pay your membership to stay there... due to one master tittle, you are not allowed to change or renovate your house or even change the color of the building... that is a big concern when u want to buy the strata home concept...

In between Saujana Putra exit and future Tanjung Dua Belas exit.. there are 3 available connecting bridge.. 1 to connect to Desa Saujana Putra.. the other 2 maybe Rimbayu to Pekan Jenjarom... but all depend on surrounding development... fast or slow... just wait n see...
