IMO the living looks kinds cramp for 22 x 75 ,
Could be the reason they didn't go for tv area in the showhouse.

I hope Perennia has a nicer stair case. See the picture form the website is different form Chime's one but SA told me it's the same.

I didn't as there was just too many people yesterday. I intend to return there with my parents - to show them the house. I'll get more photos then.

What's the price range like in Rimbayu?

LOL I don't know about that but my current house was moved in at 1994 and uses metal as well. No rust till now. It's indoors le not exposed to rain and much humidity.

Might be LKSA extend to SKVE.

As I drove into The Arc, there is a notice saying a highway in the works connecting Rimbayu to ELITE via SKVE. Didn't know about Kesas. But can tell what will happen is that there is be huge traffic at the 3 roundabouts in Kota Kemuning and they all be bottleneck. Not sure if there are plans to expand the roads. KK residents must not be very happy!
