They could be mean Strata homes as a double storey linked houses with proper G&G with clubhouse facility. Townhouse is strata home too, but different to linked houses as it owned by floor or parcel instead of enbloc. I think 24 footer, could be above RM 850k. Not surprise if it is RM 900k. But I dont think RM 1mil, which is quite high but lets see, bcz we dont know the details now and only merely 24 footer but no lenght details. |
