1 information I got from a new SA (most probably from other site one, not those station in AI), that the new 24x80 will be launch next year due to this year sale quota met. And the indicative launching price will be 1M.

Can you believe it? Is he really updated with the correct latest information or he merely guessing just to answer my question?

If really hitting 1M mark, then Pentas 5, 6 will be 1.2M and above already.

Unbelievable! If that really true, then my plan can be cancelled already.

The new semi D priced from RM 1.79 mil, max RM 2.2 mil, I&P actually obtained the AP in end July, but delay the launching due to change of building / construction plan, total 54 units. This is the only phase already with AP but not launch yet.

As for the 24x80, no AP yet but can't be that high at 1 mil lah..crazy meh...

Current Pentas 1 subsales alredi asking for 900-950K. I'm sure Pentas 2 & 3 will ask for higher price, 1 mio?
Therefore not suprise if INP price it fr 1mio onwards..

Karya and Arca subsales 24x80 asking around 800-850k only. How InP wants to compare 24x80 with Pentas subsale?

Subsales price is very much driven by new one. This means karya n arca have > room to appreciate . Afterall 850k is current asking price. Next year price will go up further n oso nt to forget new 24X80 is Precint 2. Location better.

I drop by yesterday too. SA told me different stories, that upcoming 24x80 indicative price between 800-820k.

I believe bro JChoo information more reliable. 2 reasons:
1. The SA that spoke to me is not in charge of Ai and have many contradicting information.
2. I saw in their internal magazine before, indicative price starting from 798,888.

I dont think the new 24x80 would be such high at RM 1mil.

Even at RM 900k also not easy to move well.

Starting price from 798,888 means bumi price only 743k.....very good price indeed when subsale already asking for 800k

Guess the longer they delay the launch, the price will be higher. In the magazine, it supposed to be launched in July.

How many units in total for this new phase of 24x80?Split into 2 different launch?

Not sure about the total units per phase per launch. I was told it will be 3 different launches.

Why wud INP want to delay. Earth work started quite a while ago. Juz dun understand them...

We went there yesterday n notice the ball on the roundabout has been discolor . Some not even color. A few of my friend complained about the poor artwork. It claimed to be township of the art!!!
