I didn't do anything at all, was just call in to bug them and demand clarification. I have no idea when they will resume but when I pass by just now after work, I saw the work resume.
Btw, they are working on the drainage system now. Maybe this causes the 'serangga berjangkit'?

Township with landed properties always require holding power due to maturity takes time slowly by occupancy and then commercials.

Get your bullet ready, AP just out for A2-01B, price from RM 799888-RM 1635888, total 86 units.
May be some 1 can check with I&P when are they going to launch this new phase already.

Yeapp, Jabatan Perumahan website, portal e home, all new Housing project / scheme / phase once approved will list there, pricing, lesen info all there. So u intend to grab 1? Kepoh only, no bullet to buy at the moment, but recommended to a few potential buyers already, all looking for landed properties, some for own stay, some for investment, some tired of condo.
