But they shud do something on the lake itself. They didn't maintain it well. Not sure whether maintainence is under MBSA or still INP? Water was muddy like te h tarik.

When they launch VP will be less than 2 years.

I would prefer 'just in time' concept to maintain the quality...

Here's the latest in Nukilan 3. Aima Construction (Main Con for Nukilan 3) was ordered by MBSA to stop immediately all works due to 'serangga berjangkit dijumpai'. Whole construction site were locked. I guess should be Aedes due to heavy rain recently. Bet the construction costs will definitely increase by this incident on top of fuel subsidy decrease. Wonder how many days will it be closed.

My worry is more on if they will find 'shortcut' to pay the compensation if demanded by InP. The 'shortcut' will be lower grade materials or less quality work because want to catch up the schedule?

I definitely will call InP tomorrow and clarify this matter.

Hopefully only a small incident due to Aedes or so, that the construction works can resume after few days. Most importantly, deliver per schedule with highest quality without shortcuts.

With so many future launches still available for this area, do you guys think the price for current unit can appreciate much? The area is also quite far from KL or PJ. If buy for investment, the concern is how fast the future development will materilaise and how good the demand will be due to so many units still available for sale in future.

good job done by MBSA...although complaints were made 1 months plus already...and those mosquitoes decreased soon after the complaint... i think this stop work for procedure only...wont take long since the mosquitoes problem already resolved...might be to eliminate jentik2 only...

Jeez, just called Sales Gallery, it seems that even them not aware of Nukilan 3 construction site was ordered to stop work with immediate effect.

I am waiting for the project side to contact me back regarding this issue.
