Ya, can be consider to form RA n do it ourselves. Usually how much do u think per unit? We are suppose to pay monthly RM100 for security fees or maintenance? Correct me if I am wrong. What is the money for?

We went there yesterday n notice the ball on the roundabout has been discolor . Some not even color. A few of my friend complained about the poor artwork. It claimed to be township of the art!!!

Went to see my nukilan 3 today. Only the structures are up! No roof, no wall...... Envy to see some houses even completed.. Saw the signboard said it will complete by June 2014. Are u sure bo ?
