Heard P4 shd be around August or maybe even earlier............waiting for approval from the authority..............what was submitted earlier and approval was given.......the 3 full storey super duper link house .....price wud be under super price also..........maybe they felt market for this year is gloomy due to new gomen regulations and thus.....changes were made !

No news yet, some of the existing Pentas 1 & 2 are selling around RM 850K leh...with bigger build up, why not consider subsales if you intend to buy the Penats series?

Almost too, but hold back due to don't like the location of the units with 850k.

Now no more 850k deal. All going back to near 900k for Pentas 1. Calculating the MOT, I rather wait for new unit from I&P.

New unit 50% MoT free only. Another 50% have to pay yourself.

Buy now is good, 2 main reasons:
1. House price still the same as launching, free 50% MoT
2. House almost complete, save quite some amount of progressive interest. I foresee no problem to VP early next year per 24months SnP date.

Frankly i can hardly find any other place with 22X80 freehold, build quality, spacious and good township at this pricing. Maybe I missed out?

22x80 for RM 688K, Nukilan 3. Build up ~2500 sq ft, bumi quota no more. Heard left 2 units only. VP by begining of next year.
22x80 for RM 718K, TENUN. Buildup ~2500 sq ft. Still available.
24X80 for ~RM 800K, Tari 1 & 2, new launches. Buildup ~2500 sq ft.

Left the 2 rows nearest to mosque without roof yet. Other rows all with roof. About all units in the finishing mode now. Foresee no issue to complete by Jun 2014 as indicated at the project board.
