2 rows nearest to the mosque, center island row facing south, and the last row backing the nearer to mosque parcel.

Most of them, the roof structure already up and ready for roof tile. The roof should be ready very fast.

Here's some update on the fencing I received from my visit to sales gallery just now.

Fencing will most likely commence after the project completed by main con, for the portion agreed by developer.

The question now is: we need to request developer to fence up whole area since they already work on the 60% already. SA mentioned that MIGHT be possible. So, shall we gather agreement from all purchasers to request InP to fence up the complete area?

1 point to emphasize, project completions means complete construction. But VP still will follow 24 months, as developer need around 6 months to get CCC before can VP.

I am asking if we shall gather agreement from all purchasers to push InP to fence up the whole area instead of only 60%.

From SA explanation, it usually take full 24 months to deliver the key. And the main delay in CCC normally due to Syabas, happened in a lot of projects.

I am as eager as you to VP soonest possible. But that's the normal cycle, what to do.

If they want, 1 week they can finish the roof already. Very much depending on their project arrangement.

I personally do not see any issue to be completed by June.

Tari sales saw quite significant changes on sale status, many previously booked units were available again. Feedback from SA can be summarized into few major points:

1. End of year housing loan more difficult to get, LTV cannot reach 90%. A norm observed almost every year end, maybe due to banks quota met, do not want to release any more money. This causing potential buyers puledl out.
2. Flippers were scared away on the new measures (RPGT).
3. Remaining buyers were seem more genuine home seeker.

Both Tari 1 and 2 have quite some number of units remaining.
