Anyone know why 1 intermediate still available in the Nukilan 3. Thinking of getting it but dont want any regrets later. The one facing south 'T' junction unit, at RM678,888.

Since the price is the cheapest among all the unit, why still nobody grab it?

Today received bil hasil tanah already. Not yet move in yet. Went to see the house today, still only structure without roof! Can complete by June ?

If our nukilan 3 complete in June this year, wonder when will we have our keys. What is the procedure? Last week went to the place just to have a peek on our house but was stop by the supervisor!!! Can't wait to have a glimpse of my unit.

Oh dear! So by next year if we move in also nothing much yet! Another 7 years to wait for this township. Hopefully, our place are not rent out for the Africans which i saw some did in other taman.

FOUND IT AT PAGE 74 OUR NUKILAN 3 INTERIOR.! THANKS SYCLUAP. BUT TENUN NICER HOR. HAIZ.... THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE! NOW I FULLY UNDERSTAND.

Went to see nukilan 3 just now. Anyone knows any good contractor to recommend? Any idea or suggestion on how to renovate the house?

Did not take any pictures because it's so dusty. Most of the pictures already post earlier. The kitchen n the last room from downstairs are quite small. Hence need to do some renovation before can move in comfortably. Just wonder how much will cost me for the back extension.
