Good observation and great effort on your part even the info may not be official and can change according to new consumer demand as we go thru this year....(demand as determined by I&P)

QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ May 29 2013, 11:28 AM) InP rather spend money on advertising in newspaper which only appear for 1 day, than update the info at their own website, www.alamimpian.my I&P update all their launches here...http://www.inp.my/ at least on Pentas 4Till now, Pentas 4 and Tenun info is not at the website yet. Don't know why its not done at their subsidiary alam impian website This post has been edited by waga: May 29 2013, 12:13 PM |

QUOTE(WL6016 @ Sep 26 2013, 01:31 PM) I recalled the foundation/construction works has started for this new phase, if possible, you should go to the site ( see whether can snake in just to have a look ) before you make any decision. Feel it yourself. Split level as in the living and dining hall......one higher and the other lower ground ? .......if yes....those days.......it was fashionable to have such split level hall/house and the owners were proud of it.........If Chinese, get better house number, no curve road, no junction, but this phase has split levels so ask SA to clarify the units with split level, high /low units, direction wise should be OK as no more West facing like Nukilan 3. However I personally don't like it as it make the living n dining hall much shorter n smaller at least visually and perception wise although the built-up sf is the same. |

QUOTE(WL6016 @ Sep 26 2013, 03:30 PM) Oh not within the house, split level in this case means from house to house, meaning the land is not flat, 1 house or a few houses / row can be higher or lower than the one next to it, depends on the land level and the layout plan. Thanks for the feedback.............mmm......so its due to the contour of the land and the fengshui is not good Any link or any houses built on gradual slope of the small hill will have some houses built in this manner but still can't see the "bad elements" in this..... maybe some forumers can highlight this "split level" perception........... |
