For those who purchase the last row of Nukilan 3 and worried about the loji pemprosesan, do view image below to understand further on the distance.



A clearer view, in summary, it is actually quite a distance away from the pump house, and the pump house is enclosed type.

Image #4 show the exact front view of the T-junction unit. Guess will be very difficult to sell this unit, looking at its direct view on the junction.

Yes, facing alley. But it is still too 'direct/straight' to the alley. InP should make the alley direct until the field, sacrifice 2 units.

I was informed multiple times when asked, that they will only provide fence like in Canting 1, and plant trees around the perimeter fencing.

Even the SAs agreed with this, commercials are badly needed to boost the township. Unfortunately InP management still have no plans to launch any this year. Maybe the groundwork for commercial areas unable to complete within this year so they are not launching any yet? I can see the groundwork at the commercial plots are actively undergoing. InP trend is always completed the groundwork then only launch.

Assume INP launch commercial in yr 2015, it will b redy in yr 2018
Owners/tenants will start biz in yr 2019/2020 ony

That's should be their plan, as the township to be completed development in 2021.

Oh dear! So by next year if we move in also nothing much yet! Another 7 years to wait for this township. Hopefully, our place are not rent out for the Africans which i saw some did in other taman.

Just some spy shots of TENUN progress. Pictures are of the 'show-unit' I&P is completing 1st. But progress all around is pretty good. Workmanship & finishing is pretty darn good. Quite impressed. My wife managed to sneak in and snap some pics. I especially like the big timber main door and the hard wood used for the stairs and upper level. The screen in the master bedroom was a pleasant surprise. Hope that comes with all the units. Can anyone comfirm? Nukilan has the same screen right?

Anyways, enjoy! Just a question, how many Tenun owners are in this forum? Forgot who's who.
