I went to the sales office on Saturday, tenun still have 20+ units left, all facing the south (factories site)

I am into Tari and not aware of the nukilan 3 whether still avaiable in the sales office.

But they do not give any DIBS or rebate, just 50% for MOT.

For Alam Impian, i need to come out with 10% DP + legal fee (RM 100k), plus paying the interest of total ~ RM 30k during construction. Total need fork out at least RM 130k.

Seem like need to have deep pocket and long time (5 to 10 years) holding power before really can profit.

Anyone can convinve me that Alam Impian is a good potential for investment? notworthy.gif

dont have to wait that long, current rates are already hitting 20% or more. research some historical data of launches and you'll know.. 5-10 years of course the commercials will kick in.

Went to see my nukilan 3 today. Only the structures are up! No roof, no wall...... Envy to see some houses even completed.. Saw the signboard said it will complete by June 2014. Are u sure bo ?

I were there to see Nukilan 3 too. sneaked in to the site again to view the houses, been chased out by the site supervisor tongue.gif

I think should be no problem to complete construction at Jun 2014 as CF application normally takes 6 months. Thus, VP will be still Feb 2015, follow 24 months from SnP date.

Btw, for those who interested in Nukilan 3, as of 5 Oct, latest sales status: 2 intermediate facing west, 1 intermediate facing south and 2 corners is available due to previous loan rejected.

Tari all non-bumi quota booked. Can register on waiting list if any of the units available after loan reject.

Only bumi quota left as of 5-Oct.

Manage to snake in to Nukilan 3 just now but no 1 chase me out haha.

Nukilan 3 workmanship is really good. I like d upper floor most, the ceiling is so high. NiCE! !!!!

Boss, which unit you manage to view? The completed corner and intermediate were locked when I was there yesterday.

The biggest issue for Nukilan 3 is the guest bedroom toilet. The door cannot be opened fully. Highlighted this to InP, they say can file as defect complain when VP. As for now, they will not change any design for it.

Cannot understand, isn't it easier to change design now since already know door cannot fully open. Why need to wait until VP as repair as defect?

Bro, the corner price between 980k to 1.1M. The detailed price, built up and land size I have to check again on the price list. Update you by tonight.
