Maybe, just maybe its the huge gas lines running right beside the property? Many people are not bothered by it, but at the same time, this puts off many people as well.

A quick research will tell you the high number of gas line explosions that occur in the world, in fact we had one recently here at Empire shopping mall. Bear in mind that the gas pipe that exploded is really really small compared to the ones running right beside this development. Even if gas explosions occur in other locations, it may put off potential future buyers as they will afraid the same might happen.

Chances are, an explosion may never occur and if it does, well...lets just hope it doesnt :-)

SA told me there is no longer we can apply loan from OCBC because they have reached their quota..is that true?

If you are from OCBC, perhaps can pm me for commercial loan..

It is true. The bank can appeal for u only if u r their big customer.

OCBC quota still avaiable for commercial unit as up to date. LTV is 70 % from the purchase price,tenure is up to 30 years.

I though that u only looking for bank which is offer DIBS scheme only? But OCBC don't offer DIBS for commercial Unit.

OCBC only offer DIBS for loan 200k and above for the level 7 and above. Tower A. There is under residential loan.

No DIBS for commi units only. Resi still got.

From what i gathered, if no DIBS package, dev will give 3.5% rebate on VP.

Hong Leong still have limited quota for Residential and commercial with DIBS.
